Peptide Lot Traceability
This resource is educational documentation for laboratory procurement and record review. It does not provide medical advice, treatment guidance, dosage, administration, or reconstitution instructions.
Traceability connects a received container to its supplier record, SKU, lot or batch, receipt date, storage location, test documents and disposition. The record should make it possible to distinguish active, archived and documentation-pending lots.
FDA Q7 describes systems that allow batch distribution to be determined and calls for documented laboratory controls. See the FDA guidance.
