Refund Policy

Order issue handling for research-use-only materials, documentation requests, damaged shipments, and incorrect items.

Order issue window

Effective date: June 4, 2026. Please inspect all shipments promptly after delivery. For damaged, missing, incorrect, or documentation-related order issues, contact labs@oligopolypeptides.com with your order number, product name, lot number if available, photos where relevant, and a short description of the issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

Claims for damaged packaging, incorrect items, missing items, or carrier-related delivery issues should be submitted within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible. OligoPoly may request photos, packaging details, tracking information, or other documentation before determining whether a replacement, store credit, refund, or carrier claim is appropriate.

Research material handling

Because products are research-use-only materials with handling and integrity considerations, opened, used, reconstituted, altered, unlabeled, or improperly stored items are not eligible for return. Returns should not be shipped back unless OligoPoly support provides written instructions.

Refund review

Refunds and replacements are reviewed case by case. Approval may depend on order history, product condition, documentation, carrier confirmation, payment status, and compliance considerations. Original shipping charges, rush handling, or carrier fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a confirmed fulfillment error.

Compliance

This policy does not authorize human, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or consumer use. All product support remains limited to lawful laboratory research-use-only context.
