Packing & Label Creation

Carrier Handoff & Tracking
Tracking information is emailed after the carrier accepts the shipment. Allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking to activate after label creation.
Delivery & Receipt
Upon delivery, verify vial lot numbers match your COA documentation. Store refrigerated at 2–8°C immediately. Contact support within 48 hours of delivery if any issues are observed.

Temperature Guidance
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for short transit periods. Refrigerate at 2–8°C immediately upon receipt. Cold packs available on request for international orders.
Lot-Number Traceability
Every vial includes a lot number label matching the batch-specific COA on file. Verify the lot number on receipt to confirm your vial corresponds to the correct documentation.
Documentation Included
Packing slip with order details is included inside the package. COA documentation is accessible via the COA verification center at /coa/ using your batch lot number.

Tracking number is emailed to the address on your order after carrier handoff. Check your spam folder if not received within 24 hours of the dispatch notification.
Tracking Activation
Carrier tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after label creation. The tracking number is valid from label creation — not necessarily from the first carrier scan.

Track USPS orders at usps.com and UPS orders at ups.com using the tracking number provided. Carrier apps also support push notification tracking updates.
Support Contact
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, contact support with your order number and tracking number for carrier investigation.
